Although you are never obliged to give us your personal data, a refusal to provide the necessary data may hinder or make it impossible for us to provide our services.

Why we collect these data

We collect your data to:

  • Facilitate and manage your stay with us.
  • Enhance Guest Experience by personalizing services and recommendations.
  • Analyze guest trends to enhance our offerings for future seasons. Your data may be utilized for seasonal analytics following your booking with us; however, participation in this process is entirely optional. Opting out of such data collection will not impact the quality or availability of the services we provide.
  • Orchestrate marketing campaings. We shall process your full name and e-mail address, for direct marketing, sending newsletters, offers and promotions about our products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Maintain accurate records for invoicing and compliance for legal and fincancial obligations.

Personal Data

The limited amount of personal data which we may store shall be collected through our Business Relations. When you contact us regarding our services as a (potential) customer or partner, we process your full name, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number, office and/or residential address), and other information necessary for the order, invoicing or collaboration (such as your bank details, contact history or information regarding your previous orders).

Purposes for processing

We process your personal data as part of our general customer and order management or in order to provide our services.
