Designed with flexibility and privacy in mind, the villas are ideal for families, friends, or larger groups traveling together. They can be rented individually or in combination, allowing guests to share the same property while still enjoying private living spaces.
Each villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with the option of hosting up to 2 additional guests on sofa beds for a total of 10 guests. Outdoors, every villa features a private swimming pool, garden areas, and a BBQ, creating a relaxed setting for a comfortable summer stay in Corfu.

Layout Description
Each villa offers 150 m² of living space and follows a 3-level layout, divided into two independent accommodations with separate entrances: one on the lower level, and a second spanning the 2nd and 3rd levels. This arrangement allows guests to share the same villa while maintaining a high level of privacy between living spaces.
Exterior Features
All villas are set within their own landscaped outdoor space, featuring a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The outdoor areas include a mix of lawn and greenery, creating a pleasant sense of separation and ample privacy between villas. A built-in BBQ area is located poolside, making the exterior well suited for all-day relaxation.
First Accommodation - First Level
The 1st accommodation is located on the first level and has its own independent entrance from the front of the building. Upon entering, you are welcomed into an open-plan space comprising a full kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room. The living area includes a sofa bed suitable for 1 additional guest.
This level includes 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offering a high degree of comfort and privacy. From the living area, there is direct access to a separate outdoor terrace and lawn area, furnished with a dining table. This space provides a quiet, semi-private setting, ideal for guests who wish to enjoy time away from the rest of the group.
Second Accommodation
Second Level (Pool Level)
The second accommodation is accessed independently from the rear of the villa on the 2nd level. This level features a 2nd open-plan living area with a full kitchen and lounge space, which includes a sofa bed suitable for a 2nd additional guest, as well as one bedroom with a dedicated bathroom.
Both the living area and the bedroom open onto a shared balcony through a total of 3 balcony doors, allowing plenty of natural light and offering open views over the surrounding greenery and the sea.
Third Level
An internal staircase leads to the 3rd and top level of the villa, which is dedicated exclusively to the 4th bedroom. This level includes a private bathroom and access to a furnished balcony, offering elevated views and a more secluded atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.
